Q: What are the different scales and model sizes about?:
For any of you that are not familiar with the different scales that our models are available in,
we have come up with the following information for you. All of our models are built "in scale" to
the real car that they are portraying. So a model in 1:4 scale would be 1/4th the size of the real car.
A model in 1:12 scale would be 1/12th the size of the real car and so on. Keep in mind that cars
like a Top Fuel Dragster would be much larger than say a street car even though they are
both in 1:18 scale.
On average, the following model sizes would be close approximations:

Q: How much are your shipping costs?:
If we are shipping the order within the United States, your shipping charges are shown during the final steps of the check out process. You can also upgrade your
level of service and see the actual cost. If we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we recommend Priority Mail by the USPS. For International orders, we will email
you with the shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order. If ever you have questions please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
Q: What is the difference between Back Order and Pre-Order?
- A Back Order is an item that we have had in stock previously
but are temporarily out of stock.
- A Pre-Order is for an item that has not been released yet. Many collectors like to pre-order so that
they don't miss out on popular models that are quick sell outs.
How do you handle damaged shipments?
Each and every model is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our warehouse. In the event you receive a damaged shipment, you should either contact us or the carrier. We will need your help in
reporting the damaged shipment to the carrier. As soon as we confirm that a claim has been filed, we will immediately re-ship the damaged item or items out to you.
Do you have a walk in store or retail showroom?
No we do not. Sorry, but we are strictly a mail order and web based business.
Due to insurance reasons, we are not allowed to have customers pick up orders at our facility.
Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, but in the event you need to return an item to us you must contact us first for a
Return Authorization Number. Any packages returned to us without an RA number will be refused and
returned to you. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Can I combine an item I won on Ebay with another Replicarz order?
A: Yes we can combine Ebay items with other orders to save you on the shipping charges.
Please let us know the Ebay auction number when contacting us about this.
accurate are your estimated release dates?
A: We pass on the same information that the manufacturers give us. Please understand that these are only estimated delivery
dates. Some mfg. are very good about release dates, others are not. We receive the products as timely as any other company if not quicker, so we kindly ask that you be patient on future releases.
