Nicely done in 1:18 scale by BBR this is the 1979 Ferrari 512 BB #00. The color of this model is red orange. The model is made of more than 1000 pieces. Wheels can be removed from the model by using a special key included in the box. Both the front & rear suspensions are accurately reproduced and function. The engine is probably the best part of this model. The gas injectors are made with real rubber The engine block is cast in metal to make up the 12 cylinders. The doors open to show the full race interior. Inside the driver's side you can find the “security net” (hand sewn) which was used in those years for the driver protection. The floor cockpit is made in real aluminium and you see the electrical box with all cables for lights and brakes commands. The front hood is removable, while the rear one (with rear photo etching mask) can be opened.
