Don't know where you got them but they both look like someone stepped back in time & picked them brand new off a retailer's shelf. Models, boxes everything in museum quality condition! I haven't been able to win one of your auctions for a long time so was surprised once again with your high quality packing & shipping & your amazing attention to details like the careful folding of the item # stickers for easy & safe removal. Very much appreciated. Speaking of very much appreciated thank you very much for the unexpected Enzo Ferrari DVD that you included as a bonus gift. I thought I got these two at a steal price but to get a gift on top of perfect shipping & service is like the cherry on the top of a perfect sundae. Thank-you very much for your professionalism

If you and your co-workers at Replicarz don't already know this, it's because your customers (like me) haven't taken the time to tell you: You good folks at Replicarz are the best in the business. By far. I've dealt with a lot of your competitors over the last 25 years. Some of those relationships became quite close (usually the mom & pop companies). Most of those are now gone -- only a few remain. The vast majority of companies that expanded their business lost sight of customer service as they grew. Replicarz, on the other hand, has remained very responsive to its customers while growing large enough to offer an amazing cross-section of the hobby. You don't promise things you cannot deliver. Your shipping and billing is first rate. Your mail-out advertising is fresh and accurate. Unlike some of your competitors, I don't have to worry that the photo and the model number don't really match when I place an order. Your mailings match your website, which is very informative & has gotten progressively easier to use over the years. And you always seem to have answers to any question I ask -- and take the time to address the question. You've done very well -- I hope you're all proud of that. From a business perspective, Replicarz is usually the first place I check for new diecast. Lately, I usually don't even bother looking elsewhere. And, frankly, I'll wait to buy from you before I'll buy from most of your competitors (even if they get the model before you). I wish you well during these tough economic times. You'll see more orders from me. And I'll bet I'm not the only customer who feels that way. Please pass this thank-you on to Mark & Brian, and all the other good people of Replicarz.

I've been looking everywhere for the 1:87th scale Redline line of Ferraris and where else did I find them but here. Because the selection at Replicarz.com was abundant, the one model I was looking for, a 575M, was in stock and ready to ship. When I received my order, one of four models I ordered was damaged and I thought to myself, "Great, I have to return something from an online store, this is gonna be an excrutiating process." Fortunately, the customer service rep I spoke to was very helpful and had the model that was damaged replaced immediately. I'm talkin' by the end of the week. A welcome change from other online model car retailers I've had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. From such stores, I'd usually get the runaround about my return, or have stock issues, or take forever, if not after the fourth or fifth call, to refund my money after returning an item. Not so with Replicarz.com. You guys really do care about your customers. Thanks for being awesome!

I originally contacted you about a "trusted certificate" issue concerning your website. You sugested that it might me a problem with the version of Microsoft Internet Exploer that I was running on my computer. I switched to my second computer and placed an order successfully without any certificate issues.I remember telling you then that I thought that your website and product selection were outstanding. Recently I placed an order and was wondering why I had not yet received it. So I decided to log-in to my account on your website and check status. You guys blew me away with the detail on shipment progress and I did not even have to enter an order number. It is currently in Sparks, NV to be delivered on 10/01/07 to me in Carson City, NV. I have been a customer since 1991, I bought a set of formula one racing cards, I was 13 at the time. The next year minichamps came out with the first die cast F1 cars and I have been buying them from replicarz ever since, at the time I believe they were called something else.Each year I buy the entire F1 grid and ever car is perfect, it is almost like they are hand picked just for me. It is great to see how big the company has grown from Mark answering the phones, to having a full blown answering service. I will never buy cars from anyone else.

I just received the Tommy Ivo 4 engine dragster!!! The model is very impesssive, I remember reading about it in the mags in the 60's. I am also impressed with how you packaged the order, very good!!!!! Also your catalogue which I received last week is also very well done.
